I was on vacation during the 4th of July Holiday in Williamsburg Va and my air condition on my Class A RV went out. Beach Bus Repair sent out a mechanic and he fixed the unit and got us cold air. No other company answered the phone but Beach Bus Repair did and they sent a technician right out and had good prices considering it was a Holiday. If I am in the Hampton Roads area and I have a problem I will always call Beach Bus Repair. They are #1 in my book.

After dropping a shipment in Norfolk VA in July and I was ready to head back to Solon OH, when my drive shaft fell out at 4:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Freightliner told me that it would be about a week before they could take a look at it. Freightliner actually had one of their VP's call Beach Bus Repair and Beach Bus Repair assured them that they could get it in and out within about 24 hours. The next day Beach Bus Repair repaired and spin balanced my drive shaft and had me on the road that afternoon. They also dropped me off and picked me back up from my hotel room and located the tow company to get my Rig towed to their shop. It was a great experience and I'm taking a bunch of their cards to drop back at my office.
